2. What do I do if when I hit save to create customer it says "Duplicate Customer Found"?

Hit Save and then click on Actions/Create Service Order Hit Cancel and Type in Different Name Hit "NO" and then F2 to search customers to see if the customer is already in system Hit Save and then Edit customer after.

3. What do you do if customer is not the same customer that SNE says it a duplicate?

Ask customer for a different name to put it under Add address or part of address to back of name Add phone number to back of name
